You have come forward to read another channeled message. Today we look at the chakra and kundalini connection and how we can embrace it. We all can identify subtle warning signs, when it comes to the right nutrition, getting enough sleep and feeling comfortable in our own skin. So much can lead to a distorted self-image and that is what we are here for today. You deserve to look in the mirror and love what you see. That journey can take you on a trip of a lifetime when you start realising you may or may not like what you see.

How you get to a difficult self-image can come through many problematic energies like bullying, anger management issues and depression. You may have experienced all of these energies and at one point, given up because it feels like too much work. The truth is, the work we put into ourselves, is the most important work we can do for the divine Universe at the same time. The universe shows us that having emotions, is never a bad thing, you just need to learn how to appreciate them so more love can flow from your being.

The difficulties so many experience going through life, can often make you think you are not good enough for the task at hand. But the truth is, you are good enough and you really do deserve to be a happy woman/man in this time of being alive and well thought of, as you open up and share the essence of your trust in life. Having and keeping the faith when it comes to wishes and dreams is all the more important. The chakra system responds to every wave of energy coming from others. This may overwhelm you but the reality of it, is that it teaches you to embrace again and understand, how we all are sensitive and loving, just the way we are.

When we fall in love or arise in love, we experience the full scale of emotions, taking us to new places emotionally and spiritually. We wake up suddenly feeling hopeful instead of hopeless and that is what changes how we manifest and accept the manifested. Newborn children can often call up the emotional energy in you as you see the fragility and the innocence. This is how we function when we see them and that is why the divine continues to bring you closer to children so you can release the energies coming from your own inner child and experience relief, acceptance and forgiveness as something beautiful and beneficially attractive for you.

The more we look into our hearts, the better we get the connection of the kundalini. You will feel this as an exhilarating experience with incredible insight assisting you in all of your moments of deep energy work. This is why finding individuals who are connected to their spiritual calling is so important. We all have something beautiful and long lasting to offer, that is what inspires us to keep on going, you see?

You as a healing individual will no longer wonder about insincerety but will continue to spread love through serious and passionate hearts. That is also how we heal most effectively, through passion and patience, both guiding us in this age of Aquarius. Of course it all takes practise, but you really do not have to shy away from it because the potential of success is immense. See how your position in life can show you the most revealing truths in an instant. You really can survive this time without certain confusing sources of energy and that is what often takes us by surprise, realising we can do it without others who may not be very happy about spiritual progress.

Put yourself out there and see what comes back. It will be truth and consistency smiling back at you, regardless of what you have been through. Every imbalance teaches us that things have to change. Usually it is things we know we can change in a positive way. Getting rid of negativity, can be an epic experience because you perhaps before did not see yourself leaving people. Even if your situation is complex right now, believe you can change it and bring about a sense of peace. That is what changes our receptivity to trust!

As you now look into yourself, so do we ask you to do this with love. Everything is built on love and that is why it takes time. You will feel how positivity can reconstruct the broken in you and teach you that all things take time and effort. If you are willing to walk away from certain energies, then your karma can approach you with new friends and a brand new outlook on life. This outlook seldomly changes, but it helps you realise what needs to be changed and that is again, what takes time but also gives you the moment to release a tense breath and open yourself up to inspiration and success.
